History

I played this tune for Johnny Wilmot in about 1980. Since Johnny didn't know it, he assumed it was a new tune I had written. I had heard it from Mike MafcDouglal hence the title. Now a popular tune, Wendy recorded it as Traditional Jig. Mike died in 1982 and the composer remains anonymous.
